Predictive back

I'm sure this is already being worked on, but predictive back needs to be added across the board, not just in settings

The app developer needs to enable it. Some apps currently break when it's enabled. The samsung official apps yeah makes sense, should be on if possible.

Fun fact, it is possible to modify and app to force enable it. It's iffy if the app actually predicts, most just break
