Please bring back Overscroll stretch animation

According to change log the overstretch animation was a bug that got fixed. Like you I really liked it and wish they would bring it back!

The scrolling effect was removed as there were many negative comments from users regarding that feature. There were many negative comments and only a few positive ones from all countries taking part in the Beta Program. I have forwarded your feedback to the development team, so they can reconsider re-adding the feature. If there are more positive feedbacks regarding the feature, then there's a higher chance for it to be brought back

Is it not possible to allow users to customise the effect? At least allowing it to be turned on or off?

IKR at least having the option to toggle on/off would be better than removing it, I for one preferred it.

I've not seen any negative comments regarding it. Seems odd they removed it.
