Now Bar Animation

Can't believe after ALL the likes, and posts and comments - the biggest collective agreement I've ever seen in a beta - OneUI 7.0 did NOT listen to us. And the charging Now Bar animation wasn't made permanent, or an option.

I'm hoping, in bringing it up again. That Samsung will listen this time. Now Bar charging animation needs to stay!
