I understand your dissatisfaction, however, as such suggestions can be highly individualized, their implementation depends on number of users sharing your opinion. In general, more votes, e.g. in the form of likes from other users, are needed for it to be considered.
As for any irregularities, please submit an error report in Samsung Members app. 🤝
