Move DND status bar icon to the right

Since all the system icons are on the right side of the status bar, it would be optimal to move the DND icon there as well (as is already the case on Google Pixel's Android and on any other manufacturer's Android skin).

Current behavior:

Preferred behavior:

Behavior on Google Pixel's Android:

The toggles can be customised to whichever position you prefer.
The Samsung quick toggles are not designed like the Google ones though.

I don't mean the quick toggles, I didn't even mention them :smiling-face: I mean the status bar icon. Check the first two images in my post.

Your screenshot which now seemed to be changed showed the quick toggles which is why I thought it was what you were talking about. I see you've now replaced it with an image pointing to exactly what you are referring to.

I personally never paid any attention to the location of these icons but I can see how it could be more appealing to some for consistency. Should he easy enough to implement I suppose.

My post consists of text and 3 images. The only thing that has changed is the third image, and I changed it right after your comment as you did not pay attention to what I wrote. I cropped that image and added a red arrow and circle so that those who do not want to read can still understand the meaning of the post. The other two images (the first two) have remained the same, and the text has remained the same. In the text I did not mention "quick toggles" at all, but I did mention "status bar icon" (both in the title and in the text). So, it is useless and pointless to blame the changed image: simply admit that you have not read carefully. The post was very clear even before the third image changed, as the other two images already perfectly illustrated everything. Respectfully :smiling-face:

I personally think that such a change would make everything much more consistent with stock Android and, above all, with the sense of the status bar: notifications on the left, system icons on the right.

I agree mate, it's annoying having it on the left side as it acts like a notification. Would vouch for moving it to the right where all the other status stuff is (although it's getting close to the point where you can get enough icons to go near the hole punch center camera, which may be why they've left it as it is) 🤔

@obrobrio2000 ,

thank you for bringing this idea. 😊

Nevertheless, as suggestion for icon placement can be highly subjective, their implementation depends on the number of users supporting such an idea. Generally speaking, the more users refer to your suggestion, it's more likely it will be taken into consideration. 🤞

I'm certain of what I saw previously. There was an image of a drop down notification shade from a pixel phone. There was only one image when I commented which is why I wasn't sure what you were talking about. I do not have to admit anything and it would not be over me to admit if I made a mistake so please get off your high horse.
I don't have a clue who you are so your opinions have no bearing on my life and I could care less what you think.

You made a post, I commented on what was there at the time. It is as simple as that. No life story needed.

I won't respond to your provocations, insults and false claims. Instead, I am amused by your angry and aggressive reaction, typical of people who know very well that they are wrong. Since you replied to the moderator instead of me, I would like to make a request to the moderator: in case Samsung stores previous changes of posts on its servers, I kindly ask to restore the very first version of this post. Pretty sure there were all three images and not "just one", but I'm ready to be proven wrong (absurdly assuming that the presence of images allows people to ignore the text in a post). Thanks in advance! :smiling-face: Oh, in the meanwhile I re-replaced the image in the post with the original image, so other people will be able to decide if it really entirely changes the meaning of the post or not (absurdly assuming, again, that the presence of images allows people to ignore the text in a post) :smiling-face:

Lmao!!! Provocations??? Lmao!!! Like i haven't got anything better to do. I've actually spent too much time arguing a useless point. Have a great day and don't let some random person on the Internet ruffle your feathers.
BTW you should take a look at my post again and see who I replied to.

Have a pleasant Monday.
