Keep new media player expanded as default

Given how nice the new media player looks, it's a bit annoying that you have to expand it first to get the nice flowy graphics. A setting to have it expanded as default in both the lock screen and notification panel would be amazing.

That's already been suggested, but i agree, an option to keep it expanded would be nice.
