Dropping frames terribly across UI 4 beta 3

The animations across the one UI 4 beta 3 is very very choppy, seems less than 60 frames let alone 120. 

Hope this is something that is being worked on for beta 4. 

Otherwise it is a great improvement over one UI 3

Developers are continuously working on improvements, also those related to animations.
