Bring Back Live Messages

Need I explain? Live messages is a great feature for customers with S Pens to easily share animated messages using drawing, pictures, and videos. It's fun, useful, and was unique.

The feature can be taken further with adding stickers at times throughout a video or on the static image and adding animations to those different layers.
