Not sure if this is allowed, please tell me if not as the comment is just designed to be helpful for users learn how they can accomplish a photography task using their Samsung phone as this isn't always possible with Samsung apps. I've briefly reviewed features in third-party photography/video apps. If this isn't allowed please tell me (Not quite sure how I could offer a solution for some of these issues then though)
For those interested some of these features are currently available in 3rd party apps with caveats if this helps. Native support would be ideal, but for now, these are your options for the above issues from the Play Store.
1. Free - Open Camera. Focus Peaking. Limited to 12mp RAW and laggy interface.
2. Free - Open Camera, Faster capture as 12mp webp images or Unlimited repeat mode on 12mp RAW images. RAW is slightly slower than Samsung's Burst Swipe mode.
3. Free - Open Camera. Options for zoom level on manual focus.
4. Free - Open Camera. Can choose the bracketing stop size but this matches both the same above and below standard exposure it is not custom to the scene you are currently working with. Limited to 12mp RAW.
5. Free - Open Camera. You can select a start and end focus distance manually in the app. However the app has the wrong settings for the minimum focus distance for the 0.6x Ultra wide so it doesn't focus as close as it can in the normal mode making it impractical for macro photography. Limited to 12mp RAW.
Extras.
1. Free - BlackMagic Camera. Can manually select shutter angle. Can only record HEVC in 8k in Rec 709 or HLG10 for 10 bit, No log profile like you find on the Samsung pro video mode.
2. £24.99 Motion Cam Pro: RAW Video. Can shoot log, open gate and in RAW but at 4K only. Extremely large file sizes so external storage is required.
Alternatively £15.99 McPro24fps. Can shoot 8k 16:9 or alternatively 4k Open gate log in HEVC but runs poorly compared to Motion cam pro. A rear mounted fan cooler is advised for both apps but especially McPro24fps.
3. Free - Blackmagic Camera, this is also available in Motion Cam and McPro24fps as well.
4. No option. Only Samsung's apps can access the camera pipeline for images larger than the 12mp bin image in the other apps.
