I have a number of pistons in webcore that send push notifications. These notifications are picked up by tasker and operate some other in home functions.
Problem is, push notifications don't seem to be landing with the new smartthings app, only the old. This is majorly impacting my smart home as I uninstalled the old app after migration.

Can anyone explain to me how I get these to land with the new app please

Thank you in advance

are you sure that you use the same "Samsung account" on both phones ?

are there any locale/language settings difference ?

Or phones purchased from different countries ?

all devices bought from sky (who I work for) all in Uk language and settings, ask with just the one Samsung account. I've even factor rest 2 of the devices to try resolve the issue

I am migrating to an independent hub. Cloud-free

I started hating cloud based smart home implementations.

Their vendors (like Samsung) tend to believe they can do whatever they want with our home.

They change the rules when they want.

and lack of support is the last point.

Hi ilkeraktuna,

Which hub did you go for?

How are you getting on with it?

Do you use webCoRE?

Grateful thanks....

I am using HUbitat. It is very flexible and old Smartthings codes  (groovy) work fine with a little adjustment.

I don't use Webcore. Hubitat has its own rule engine which is as good as COre or Webcore.
