Smartthings hub

Hello, I was wondering whether could anyone help, I am trying to get my smartthings hub to connect with my bt hub but to no avail despite resetting the hub on numerous occasions. I am not getting this red/green green which is supposed to flash in order for it to connect with my phone.

The smartthing vub is connected via a cable to bthub, so what not working?

Yes it's connected but it's not connecting to my smartphone. This Red/Green light is not appearing for whatever reason.
