monitor m7 2022 the bar at the stand did crack through production error, now samsung wants to blame me for it!

Dear users and Samsung

I bought 3m ago a smart monitor m7 2022 model. Now the bar which put in the "stand feet" did crack!

Now Samsung and the repair service want to blame me while i didnt do anything wrong! Disguisting!

I demand an explanation for it!  My pictures prove it was a production error, i'm not afraid to put in a lawyer!

And the place where i bought it says you needed extra insurance! 
Their repair service at advice of YOUR SAMSUNG inspector said it was external influence, while that thing is clearly visible it should never have cracked and the black part that you put in the footstand isnt fixed entirely at the metal bar anymore! So it's clearly a productin error!

I did reach out to the shop manager: they agreed to repair it at their costs.

Yet i'm still angry because of the fact: EVERYTHING went correct with the installation and the placing of the monitor was almost against the wall of a very large desk... So how can external influence have caused it?! The monitor was already hanging a bit over at the first weeks i've received it! We checked (my partner and i have both experience with electronics, manuals and instruction vids) , everything was done correctly! 

It's very tiring manufacturers try to blame you while you haven't done anything wrong... 

Just be honest: bad luck with a product happens to every consumer and every manufacturer once in a while like product errors or defaults! Don't blame things on me while i've got nothing to do with the stand that broke! 

Worst of all: the device has at the screen now an esthetic crack! 

Still: i've still got the costs to pay for the damage it caused at my wall and the furniture because of it cracked and glided from my desk on my chairs!!!! GREAT! NO COMPENSATION WHATSOVER...

Forgive me i'm losing my patience but the situation is dire for me!

Thank you for reaching out to us! When your screen or monitor is damaged or broken you can send in the monitor for a repair. My colleagues at the service center will investigate your monitor and decides if this can be repaired within the warranty. The results of the investigation are leading for us, but perhaps you can reach out to the shop where you've bought this and discuss this with them.
