App suggestion

To be able to trigger a mp3 or wav file, I see this in the notify someone, instead of what do you want the speaker to say, it would trigger the file.

Not exactly sure what you want to do and on what for device , have a look at Settings-> advanced features ~> bixby routines and play a bit with that or otherwise via contacts
