Samsung Upgrade Programme to Samsung Flex - Will Klarna balance be paid off?

Hello, I’m part of the Samsung Upgrade Programme which I believe is now Samsung Flex. I received an email with my loan agreement number and was told I could upgrade to the S24 Ultra from the S23 Ultra. If I go through the Samsung Flex Link and trade in my phone ect will my remaining balance with Klarna be paid off when I take out a new loan agreement with Samsung Finance? Many thanks

I have just upgraded the same as you and my receipt shows my old device. I assume like other upgrade years they will pay off the remaining Klarna balance once you have sent the old device back. From my experience this is a very quick process.

Thank you TBONTB. I read through the Samsung Flex T&C's and can see that they reference paying off any existing credit so i'll put it through and see what happens. Thanks for your helpful reply mate.

They will. They have to settle with klarna for the current upgrade program.

Beware on flex They will NOT settle in 12 months like they do now. So you can't upgrade unless you have paid off the device in full.

Should I be worried that my upgrade email didn't inc my current agreement number? I'm not sure it even asked me for it during my upgrade application, though I was signed into my account and gave my phone serial number etc...
Just concerned I might now have 2 contracts!

So I have received 2 emails one saying my delivery is tomorrow (as requested) and the second about returning my S23 Ultra as part of my upgrade.

Hi. Sorry to jump on your thread. Returned my s23u but it is still on Klarna account as samsung still have not settled it. Panicking now. Tracking shows it was delivered to them.
