Hi all actually I am new here and I have a big big issue with my insurance:
In May I bough the Samsung s22 ultra thinking about the best deal! for this reason I ordered a SAMSUNG CARE+ ALL IN INSURANCE ( BROKEN THEFT ETC..)
After 2 months paying automatically the insurance from my card, this one wasn't taken anymore untill now.For this reason on the app says is on HOLD.
I contacted the samsung nl care+ via bolltech or kind of.. I asked them why it happen this but after 1 month without response!!! they said everytime investigating investigating my CASE. .MEANWHILE I STARTED TO DO AN INVESTIGATION MYSELF AND i FOUND THE ISSUE WHILE MY CARD EXPIRED AND CHANGED FEW MONTHS AGO THIS IS THE REASON WHY THE SUBSCRIPTION IS NOT TAKEN ANYMORE. I CAME BACK TO THEM WITH THE SOLUTION AND RESPONSE BUT AGAIN WITHOUT A RESULT!!
QUESTION IS:: I am scarred because I can broke my phone, It can be stolen who knows...... and what I am going to do if my insurance ia on hold and Samsung didn.t gave any response any solution after 1.5 months.... since I discovered this!!!
Meanwhile going to another insurance company is not the right moment because I signed a contract with Samsung for 1 year.
Please help me I am bit desperate!

Hi Martin, I want to ask you something related to the insurance reimbursment when your phone is stolen. Actually how is the ordering procedure after it was approved your case of stolen phone from THEFT??
Did they send a new phone with same specs?? or how is the procedure?? If is not in stock what you have to do?? etc...Thank you very much! Marian!

When your phone is stolen, and you have a Care+ insurance. You can reach out to the insurance company; they can explain you what the next step is.
