I've ordered the new s25 ultra on three contract but the order is stuck on order acknowledged and the date was just delayed. Was meant to come today. Anyone know what's happening,am worried it may be cancelled and I used the trade in I could lose.

Hopefully you get something out of it. What if you had ordered a normal colour do you think they would be able to add the promotions.

Well they said they would price match by giving me an extra 150 for the trade in and their  instore offers so don't think it mattered what colour they just couldnt give me the online exclusive but I just didn't want to risk more credit checks and things I have my order il go through the complaints but it's not a huge loss in comparison to what I've got it's only £150 your not gonna get any deal at 20pm for a phone and 600gb a month without buying a handset for the full rrp price

Made two contacts with Samsung yesterday after the cancellation email.

Live chat: order hasn't yet been cancelled yet.

Over the phone: the agent sounded so confused and then figured it was cancelled. Then says 3 couldn't validate my order (I contacted 3 and they said they have no access to third party data).
Then he says to me I can just buy it again and I told him it's no longer got any of the promotions and you want me to spend full price after a week of being messed about and he's like that's all they can do. Absolutely useless.

I sent a strongly worded email mentioning the whole debacle and they've responded saying it's being escalated to complaints team. I'm not holding onto much hope of success

Did A1 ever get back to you? They asked me to forward my Samsung order confirmation and then went silent

No, they just said there was an issue with Samsung earlier orders not having a order number. My order is now cancelled I think? Even that doesn't show properly in the app but I reordered and this time I immediately get a message from mobileshop. Don't know how to get the additional 150£ off for trade in and the other benefits of preordering. Let me know if something works for you

They just cancelled my order, no personalised message just a 'Order cancelled' email. Took 8 days from when I ordered for them to cancel. Absolute scumbags, useless company. Their internal systems must have broken, so I lose out.

100% not re-ordering elsewhere/another time, its done.
