S23 ultra trade in for S25

Good evening all. 

Apologies if this has been asked, I did do a search and didn't see anything. 

Can anyone tell me why I cannot trade my S23 Ultra 512gb for the S25? 

I've unfortunately spent 2 years regretting purchasing the ultra it's too big for me so I want to downgrade but it doesn't come up with the option to trade mine in. 

Any light on this situation would be helpful.

this is strange.  you can trade it against the S25 ultra and S25+ models.  And yet on the S25 base model there is a 256 and 1TB allowed. 

I think this must be a glitch.  I would contact customer care about this if I was you.

Maybe sell it privately. Might get more for it.

Possibly some glitch as mentioned
