S23 Failed purchase. Samsung Finance issue?

Hello there. It's about two days that I'm trying to get the new S23 Ultra but this is what is coming from the Samsung Finance. 

Tried to deal with the customer service but nothing seems to be working correctly 

Any suggestions?

Have you tried to pay a higher down payment
The more you pay may may things easier
Maybe also try clearing the data and cookies from your browser
Or use a different browser

I've tried everything. From the lower amount to the higher I can. I've almost paid the phone in full. Ahahahahahahahahah 😂

Tomorrow I'll try with my computer, but I've seen that before it asks you for the ID, but during the process, nothing at all.

I've read a few comments on here stating issues with Glow finance...might not be helpful but can always consider the paypal finance or getting a 0% interest credit card 🤷

Getting finance can be a pain at times.
Pay Pal is great if you can sign up to it and get PayPal credit.
You will then have the option to pay outright or use the credit facility.

I personally prefer to just bite the bullet and buy all my Samsung gear outright.
It momentarily hurts the wallet, but the accompanying intoxicating sensation of outright ownership and total freedom from any debt is so satisfactory and in my opinion, worthwhile.

Of course, please only go that route if you can.
