Return pack not received

Hi all, 

Ordered the S23 ultra and ŵatch 5 Pro with my old phone and watch as trade ins. Received the trade in pack for the watch in the cardboard box but not the phone.

I have emailed samsung@tradeinresponse.co.uk but had no reply. Will try calling tomorrow.

Anyone else in a similar position? Reading horror stories on here from previous trade ins with phones being blocked.

I got a return plastic envelops and returns label in the box with my new phone. Giving me 13 days to send old phone in.

All sorted, samsung trade in were very helpful and have now sent both labels to me to print.

I just sent my trade in back in the box my s23 ultra came in.

The return pack for my phone came through post and not with the phone. I got it about 4 days after I received the phone. Note when you use the pre-paid label it is 48 hour tracked and compensation for loss is only £100. I paid extra to get special delivery by 1.00 next days which gives £1000 compensation. It cost £6.

I had this same issue. Ordered s23 and watch 5 with trade ins on both. Label came for watch but not phone. Watch label REF was missing a number so had to contact and get two new ones.
