Problem with a delivery

Greetings, 

So I bought a smartphone 3 weeks ago and I had a problem with the delivery company cuz the package never arrived.

Samsung France called me ant told me that will reorder the same package but until now I have nothing. I try to call them to the support line but apparently I'm blocked by them, it doesn't even rings so I wanna to know if it is normal and what I need and can I do to solve it.

Unfortunately the Samsung Team here cannot access your live order @Tiago21 

Maybe check to see if the shop online team in your region has an email address.

Try another person's phone to ring them if your blocked fkr some reason.

Check your phone's own blocking facility just to ensure you haven't blocked them.
