No update on delivery

Sister ordered tumble dryer. Delivery date stated 7/10/2023, even thought it's already 9/10/2023. Is there anyone with similar problem?

I have read on here people having lots of problems with phone deliveries recently, it would seem something is going on at the samsung UK warehouse, guessing its a computer issue that they still haven't sorted

Sadly this is nothing new for Samsung.

They will say "a small number of deliveries get delayed" but if one of those is yours, that's the only one that matters...

I would suggest your sister stalks Customer Services, complains to the n'th degree (although it will likely get her nowhere other than maybe a small token discount off an over priced additional or future purchase) and keep complaining until it either arrives or she cancels the order.

They have some sort of major problem. We ordered a washing machine on the 18th September, delivery on the 22nd. Not only did it not come but numerous phone calls and chats failed to pin them down to a definite new date for delivery.

We gave up on the 25th Sept, cancelled and had one delivered by Argos on the 27th. Since then, we have been trying to organise our refund. They say they can't refund it until the warehouse get it back from the couriers, I called the couriers, and they never received so can't return it.

Today I was informed that the refund must be signed off by the warehouse and that the warehouse have now had to resort to manually processing orders, so obviously their system is still malfunctioning.

They promised to be in touch in the next 24 hours, I promised to be in touch if they don't.

The machine is great, but I wouldn't buy anything direct from Samsung ever again and have major reservations about buying anything Samsung again. I dread to think what the outcome would be if I had a warranty issue.

I'm having the same issue. Ordered vacuum with delivery date of 23rd September. It was then delayed wotha date in early October and then further delayed without a date. I have complained three times via chat and the 3rd time was advised that there's an issue with the warehouse and courier. I've ordered numerous times from Samsung directly and never had an issue. I don't want to cancel as I have a £50 voucher which I used so just angrily waiting.
