In February I pre-ordered s20 with the product delivery on March 9 At dpd arrived on Tuesday night, and they "tried" to deliver it on the same day, but out of the street !! they didn't come to the door.
Wednesday, the second attempt, after which they kept the phone at depot. samsung advised me to pay for the weeknd delivery, but i refused !! I paid one time for the weekend l and they said no one was home.
After 1 month of waiting, the phone is on its way to samsung.
