Ive just bought a Fold 7 via samsung.com on a O2 plan.
Seems im about to end up in the same loop as everyone else with what appears to be a shocking broker between samsung and UK network operators.
Instantly after placing my order it has been placed 'on hold' for basic security checks.
Does anyone have a contact for them, there's been no contact made and seemingly this order js just going to cancel like everyone else's at this step.
I have a near perfect credit file- this makes little to no sense and I will not be purchasing a samsung again after this
