if I upgrade through my upgrade program do I get the watch offer?

Can any body tell me if I upgrade through my upgrade program to the galaxy flip 3 do I get the watch offer.or is it a offer only if you buy.

I upgraded through the o2 upgrade button on my app and got a flier with my z flip that I used to claim the watch (haven't got it yet) not sure if this helps
