I have a problem with adding second device to Trade in

I'm trying to buy 2 new S24+ and want to Trade in 2 old phones, but I have a problem with adding second Trade in phone. Whole process with adding it looks OK, but after confirming it, that device don't appear in the basket. First device was added without any problem.

I wonder if it's because it's all one order, maybe you have to make 2 separate orders.

Yeah I would do two separate orders.
I can see things going wrong with doing them both together

Best bet is to contact Samsung Customer Support.
I'm not sure if it's possible to put two trade in phones on one order.
They will be better to advise you on this one.

after 2 hours spent on Customer Support we found out that they have a bug in they system that don't allow that combination of purchase
