Morning has anyone had their order disappear from the Samsung shop website?

I have received a confirmation email with order number and invoice , and my order was listed on the Samsung website last night under existing orders.

Today its blank saying there are no records of any orders?

anyone had this issue, tried reaching out to sales  but of course, closed at the weekend

Hi, please can you send me the number for Ireland sales, the usual off shore call centre are absolutely useless. Maybe the Ireland team will be better and have more of an idea about our delayed orders.

@Uppie84 i just contacted the irish sales support  0818 302 016 and they were very helpful , confirmed they had my order and that its due to be shipped today .

Once its shipped they confirmed ill receive tracking info...

So definitely worth giving them a call
