Is anyone else finding that tgey are in the queue to chat and just as they get near to starting the chat that it gets closed by Samsung?
This has happened 3 times today!
I can only imagine how difficult their job is right now but this is very unprofessional and downright rude.

I'm not sure, other than to highlight the issue.
I'm still waiting for my order and wanted an update, but believe I'm one of a long list.

Maybe ring the Samsung Online Shop Team or email them @Jules4773 for an update.

The Online Chat Team would also have to speak with the same Team to get an update.

Thank you, I have emailed already to that address. Will call the sales line. I've had my order delayed 3 times and not prepared for it to be delayed again, so will have to say if the don't dispatch that I will be contacting the card provider that I paid on to claim the payment back for me.

The Team you speak to via the phone number and email would process the refund for you if that's the route you eventually decide to take.

Your bank / card issuer would normally only action a return of funds if the business failed to issue a refund @Jules4773

Yes i find you never get into the queue, deleted or a disconnect when you finally do.
