I preordered the S10+ 1TB and recieved the phone in March when I was charged the full price as expected. Yesterday (7th May) I found a pending charge from Samsung on my bank account for the exact same amount which 24 hours later has now processed and taken the funds.
Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

Typically when a person buys from Samsung they should find the amount pending until despatch and delivery of the item.
I've not seen a person being charged twice.
If this was my situation I'd first contact my bank and explain the situation and then contact Samsung by phone and seek assistance.

Just experienced this when I purchased a monitor from them. The exact same amount not 24hrs later. Along with a second charge I also got a random $2 charge for seemingly nothing? Shipping was free so it couldn't have been that. And it was 7 days after I purchased the monitor

Sorry to hear you had the same issue. I had extreme difficultly dealing with Samsung with my issue. They never answered any of my questions and would not explain why they had retained my banking details to be able to charge my account as they pleased. They wanted me to return my original phone to get a refund. They could see the double charge but believed I should return a phone to get anything yet could not provide details of a shipment for a 2nd phone.
To resolve the issue I had to deal via my bank (Halifax), they refunded me the missing cache in lieu of resolving the issue to prevent any bills going unpaid. The bank dealt with the issue on my behalf. After a month or so Samsung then refunded me the charges.
I still have not heard back from Samsung about the issue or to even acknowledge my complaints.

Same here. They charged me twice. I contact to customer service no one picked up.my phone. What do i do? Please help me out
