Have had my S22 Ultra delivered today. I note Samsung are using the claim process promo again this year to get the offered headphones but for me the website is returning an error. Is anyone else having this problem?

Turned out it was a slight technical issue on the claim site. You can now go ahead and claim your Buds!

Its a good point @Telcom given the original release date, but there is no indication at all on the website of there being any start date to the offer per se. (See below)

Exactly the same @JohnS71 & @BillGas . I am constantly surprised how year after year Samsung contrive to knock the shine off of the customer experience by ways such as Promos that don't work, websites that won't take orders, decimated credit reports due to multiple checks by financing partners etc etc. This one is just silly as I genuinely suspect (hope) that it is simply because the site has not been updated to reflect the late change in expected delivery dates. In terms of setting customer expectation, no better way to do that than to exceed expectation (ie deliver early) but then you do need to make sure all the other parts of the jigsaw puzzle are lined up too...

Is this on the UK site? In my country [Belgium] you could claim for buds pro for orders placed on and after 9 February already. It was specifically indicated in the form. I successfully submitted the form on Saturday, would must be specific to the regional site. Best contact support.
