Birthday Discount

I've recieved a Birthday discount (my Birthday is tomorrow) from my Samsung account. That account location is however turned to the Netherlands. But now I don't live in the Netherlands anymore... That means that I can not use that offer since it only offers shipping to the Netherlands (and not to Switzerland). So I've created a new Samsung account and registered with members and all with location set to Switzerland. So far that works great, I just havn't recieved any birthday discount email yet... 

What should I do, so I can still use that birthday discount and get a new phone?

First of all congratulations with your Birthday. We don't know if this is also available in Switzerland, you can reach out to them. You can ask someone, you trust, if they can send it for you to your address in Switzerland.
