TV Trade-IN

Hello Beautiful People,

I purchased a QLED 65inch TV and it has a tradein benifit which opted in. However nowhere it is mwntioned which size should i trade in with !!! I have a 43inch LED tv, can i trade in the same and get the full discount ? Anybody experienced?

Thank you for reaching out to us! What's your order number? When you use the Trade-In option for your TV, the size of the Trade-In needs to be around the same size.
