For the last two days iv been trying to do the offer of £9 upfront when trading in an android phone for the A56 and a three contract, but when ever I try to add my phone at the check out I get an error
The upfront cost would be £109, but trade in your android is it's - £100 which should be £9, but it gives red text saying exceeds minimum value which makes no sense. Iv attached images showing the deal and error
Once I hit add it just stays at £109 and doesn't add my trade in
Iv also tried this on multiple browsers with the same result
I spoke to customer support but they didn't understand and told me to talk to three instead

Ok now its changed again, the samsung dropdown list only has a few phones now where as before it had loads including my A53. The "any android" option is now only -£50 instead of -£100 yet the offer is still up on the website. Im so confused
