hi Joleen.well, my WiFi router has it's own WiFi network code and WiFi password provided when it was installed.l put these two things in my WiFi app.in my phone (long press WiFi widget to enter). Another novice, yours Pott

@Joleen: Please head to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi, and toggle the switch to the right so it activates. Select your router from the list of available connections - if you're unsure of the reference, check the label on the back of your router - enter a password if you're on a secure network, and you should be good to go.
