be careful...it's a jerk named Andy who if he sees the customer is right hangs up on him or hangs up on the chat...well done Samsung...you have the best employees...what a disgrace!!!

That's not good @Anonymous User  !

The Samsung Agents should be respectful and courteous at all times which is a two way avenue meaning the customer ringing should be too.

Is there anything we as members can help with ?

Probably the same person who I got when I asked why 5 days ago I was told my S22+ order was 'complete and awaiting courier collection' to yesterday being told they've not idea as to status or when it will be delivered. Been at Preparing Dispatch for a week.
When queried then UK CS came back with a rather snotty & unprofessional response.

I engage in a thread if I can add anything useful and helpful to the subject matter.

If I've responded in a thread and feel I have nothing else to add then I feel I wouldn't need to continue then that's when I'd stop replying and let other members have the opportunity to respond to help.

There are many members ont he Samsung Eu Community Forum who reply to help also as well as myself.

I'm certainly not a " jerk 😒
