How do I contact a person to investigate this error for me. The Contact Us links go round in a circle without giving a phone number or email address. I cannot see a live chat icon or pop up anywhere either.

I talked to someone and they said that the serial number on the box is missing the last digit, so I had to take the TV out of the box to read the final digit. Then it worked.

I try that link but that is the one I was using and it never brings up live chat or phone numbers. I am in the UK. I have tried chrome and edge browsers. same issues. can someone put the phone number for samsung uk support on here please.

This is 2025 checking in, still an issue!
The Serial number on the box of my 'The Frame 2024' model purchased in 2025 was missing the last letter.
stumbled onto this during attempt at cashback action, happy I found this post!
