Hello Samsung community, can anyone help me I just bought this monitor for my PS5 , and only showing me 60 Hz and 100hz. My monitor has 165 Hz. 

I have read it that I needed new firmware for my gaming monitor,I have tried to install new firmware but , my monitor doesn't recognize or is must be bin file or zip file. 

Can anyone help me please.

I think u need to activate game mode by settings

Where can i do that ?which options are for that ? On my monitor doesn't exist game mode.
