Samsung Odyssey G5 (C34G55TWWR) random signal loss and flickering

So you can clearly see the problem here. This monitor is loosing it's signal randomly and i don't know why. I tried to update the firmware from 1002.4 to 1005.3, changed the display port cables, changed the gpu, deactivated freesync, but the problem still persists. I've had this problem since i bought it, but it was way less present then (1-2 Times a week). Now it's happening around 3 times in 5 minutes, then pauses for 20 minutes or so and it comes back and disconnecting for 5 times in 5 minutes or so, just random. Sooo how do it get rid of it?

 

If someone knows a newer firmware version i could try, please send me a link to it. This was the only version i was able to find.

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with your monitor.

In this case, we recommend that you try resetting the monitor through the monitor settings, and also check that you have the latest firmware for your graphics card. Should none of the above work, you are welcome to contact our customer support for more help. Not sure which country you are in:
