I have had this problem for periods and I have reset them several times, even now I have tried but this time it doesn't work. I can use sound balance for as long as possible. Help is appreciated
Varför är min vänstra bud 2 pro mycket lägre volymmässigt än min högra?

What you can try in these cases is to reset your Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. Which you can do via the Galaxy Wearable app > About buds > Reset.
Should problems remain after this, we recommend that you take them in for service. Which you can do via the retailer you bought them from or our nearest service partner: https://www.samsung.com/se/support/service-center/

Hmm I see @Vxd 🤔 I would try what is suggested above, and contact our technical support anyway just to see if there is any more options. Hope it gets sorted out!
