Odyssey 34" G5 is flickering

My monitor is flickering (some bands appear suddenly) and to solve the problem you need to turn it off and on again to make the problem go away. This happens almost every day.

My model is: LC34G55TWWLXZD

Current firmware: M-T5534GCPA-1005.3

I saw some reports about using FreeSync. Is this true?
