I cannot begin to describe how horrible Samsung customer support is. I will never buy another one of their appliances. I have a three year old air dresser that that recently died. The heating element needs to be replaced and the part has been backordered for 6 weeks. There is no way to get support or escalate the issue.

Sorry to hear of the inconvenience your experiencing due to the delay of a part for your Samsung device.
I can only but suggest to periodically check in with Samsung about the repair status of your item.
I assume they have the item in their possession.
