S20 cannot be connected to PC via cable, need help!

Alltid bra att ladda ner S20 till PC och kolla in "Explorer", kommer inte in i SmartSwitch". Fel på PC, på S20?

Find the fault, there were 2 USB cables that were broken, the third cable between mobile and PC I got in touch.
