Samsung LoungeI bought QN900a and I feel so upset, I have Apple tv4k , PS5 and mini pc INTEL NUC connected to it.
all cables are high quality 2.1 HDMI and everything is working fine but the tv keeps disconnecting me when I watch tv or play PS5 showing the message Check Device Power
how can I solve that? why have you done this complexity and bad job for a high end device ? I HAVE the latest firmware also so no update available.

Sorry for the late reply here. You will have to contact our customer support so that they can do a remote test on your TV. You find our various support channels here 🙂
