Missing points on an order made through samsung.com!

I recently purchased the A52s 5G with a silicone case, logged into my Samsung Account and had signed up to Samsung Rewards beforehand. But, it says on the Samsung Rewards page that I have earned 0 points! I have received the items now, but still the website shows 0 points and I hope this issue gets resolved. Thanks! 😀

I've read that they take 28 days from the day of purchase to register the points to the account (probably to avoid supply issues). Until then, they give you an estimate of how many points you've racked up.

I do not even have an estimate! When clicking estimated points, it takes me to a page to enter my Order ID, but it fails to find my order, displaying 'Invalid Order ID'! Help!
