Google Wallet - UK Digital Passport and DL

Google Wallet now allows for UK passports to be uploaded for a basic digital version. This should be acceptable for basic ID purposes, however travel and formal use is not permitted (yet!!)

Similar to this UK Driving Licences can also be recorded in Google Wallet for a digital version, again, probably ok for some ID purposes but not all formal request.

Would be nice if it could actually be used in place of an ID. There is an app for that though. Yoti is a government authorised digital ID app thing. Not had a chance to use it yet but that'd do better than google wallet

It's certainly the way forward if they can sort the security aspects.
