Free earbuds

Hi I purchased my phone on 14th Jan & submitted a claim for the earbuds & £100 using my college email address. I havd tried to check the claim but no pass code is being sent to my email so I am unable to find any information. Please can you help? Thankyou

It can take up to 45 days before you get ur buds. Their is no code.

You should receive a claim validation email within 7 days of submitting. Once validated, as @Aklima said, it will take up to 45 days for your Buds to arrive.  If you didn't receive your claim validation email within 7 days of submitting, we recommend contacting our Promotion team using their Get in touch button, located under Help and Support, on the claim page here.
