Free chrome book

Hi bought my s24 on 24th September filled the form in for the free chrome book  on the 26th when I got the phone but I don't think I got a confirmation email. I then went on holiday the same day and forgot about it .

Anyway my kiddy turns around today and goes mum whens that chrome book coming you promised I could have for school .

Erm so I went to the track my claim section and put my email in but no verification code came through I thought must have messed up so I tried to reregister for the Chromebook as I've got a good few hours before 30 days is up but it's saying my IMEI has been used

@Danandnic050: If you successfully registered for your Chromebook Go within 30 days of the purchase date, then you should have received a confirmation email to the address that you included in the claim. With this in mind, I recommend checking your inbox and junk/spam folder, just in case the email was filtered here in error.
