I have now been waiting since 4th April for myb12 month Disney+ code and still nothing. 

I have now sent over 30 emails and made over 10 phone calls being passed to various departments and have still received no response. It seems that Samsung are just ignoring this problem. It is an absolute disgrace.When I called last time they told me that they had lots of problems with this.

Has anyone else that had a problem and managed to get it resolved?

Hi, I tried this number last Friday. They gave me the same song and dance of my case being forwarded to the specialist team and that I would get a code by Tuesday.

 

Still nothing! Samsung are a joke.
