Disney+ issue with redeeming

Hi everyone, Ive just got a new S23 and received an email from Samsung about Samsung Boost. I am trying to redeem Disney+ but keep ending up on the same page which asks me to scan the QR code, which i do, and I'm then taken back to the exactly the same page, so im just going round in circles. Ive tried a couple of different browsers, inc Chrome but am still having the same issues. Can anybody help please or suggest anything?

for comment and author: have you both redeemed it before? or is your samsung account new, maybe contact samsung themselves?

If you already have a subscription running then you'll have to wait until your current one expires, if not contact Samsung support and explain your problem.
