Disney+ boost will not let me claim

Advanced the qr code and says my device is in the offer. Signed into my account via device and via user/ password method and it still shows the message "sign in to claim". This happened last time I tried to claim a boost offer. 

How do I claim this offer?

I used private mode on desktop browser and it worked. I can never get these offers to work on Samsung phones or their own browser.

Click on boost, then click on "sign in galaxy device"
Click on the Disney picture when Disney picture opens up, then select device click on it and a code will open up, then click claim 😀

Do you have a current subscription to Disney+
If so you will need to cancel the subscription and wait until the next billing period when your subscription runs out.
After that use the Samsung Boost app to go in and claim
