After latest update on my S23 Ultra my calls disconnect after 16min and 39sec.. how come? Is there any settings I can change?

It seems like we have some more in the community with S23 Ultra who got this issue after the update. I got info from our techs that they are working on an fix/update, that is planned to be rolled out next week 😊

I have the same issue, I updated my S23 Ultra yesterday and it have dropped calls thrice today at 16min 38s.

I can also verify that this is not resolved. My phone hangs up on outgoing calls after 16 minutes 39 seconds.
This seems like an obvious bug as it equates to 999 seconds. It is likely that they are using 3 positions (000) in order to track call time, so when it needs a 4th position for 1000 ,it fails instead.
One UI-version: 6.1
Android-version: 14
Security Patch Level: 1 april 2024
It is strange that this is still occuring and that it has not been fixed yet on a premium handheld device.

it's ridiculous that this hasn't been fixed yet, it's been known for like 6 weeks.
I guess the only thing we can do in order for Samsung to prioritize fixing this bug, is to start returning our phones en masse.
Since the repair technicians won't be able to repair a software bug the provider will need to refund us after failing to fix the device.
Then we can just buy another phone, from another company.

Hi,
The update with the fix should been rolled out for the Nordics, but as with all updates they roll out in batches, meaning that not everyone gets them at the same time. So please allow a few days up to a week pass from now and let me know how it goes once you get the update 😊
